The place
A newly built villa, close to town
Shebin's Homestay is a newly built property, very close to Thiruvalla town and easily accessible from TK Road. The peaceful location is well maintained, neat and tidy, with fully furnished, fully air-conditioned accommodation. The villa features four spacious bedrooms with solar hot water, living and dining areas, a modular kitchen with utensils, cooking gas, WiFi, TV, and a fully automatic washing machine. The entire property is mosquito-free with automatic gate operations and externally monitored CCTV for your security and comfort.
The space
Shebin's Homestay is Kerala State Tourism department-approved GOLD category classified homestay, as per Order No. DOT/15093/ATIO1(M)(80) dated 21 Feb 2025.
All four bedrooms have two additional sets of linen, comforters and blankets. Each bedroom has a dressing area and an attached washroom.
All washrooms have dry and wet areas separated by glassed sliding doors and are provided with necessary toiletries at all times.
The property is secured by a compound wall and monitored by CCTV throughout. The gate is electrically operated via remote control and mobile app — guests are given a remote for easy access.
We run a controlled food-waste management system. Plastic, glass, metal, rubber and cloth are collected by the municipality on designated days.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire space. The covered terrace is provided with exercise machines and is large enough to dry washed clothes.

We're always available on call to help with anything you need.
